1. Are you a factory?
Yes, we are a 16-year-manufacturer engaging in the field of commercial furniture and exhibition display furniture for store fixtures products, with nearly 22,000 square meters factory and one-stop service company integrating design, production and sales.
2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in Zhejiang City, China, very near Shanghai. You can fly to Pudong International Airport or Hongqiao International Airport directly. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3. Can you provide design solutions?
Yes! We can provide design solutions for various shop fittings, display furniture, such as hotel, restaurant, bakery, bar, shopping mall, etc. Please provide us planning area of your project.
4. How can I get quotation and make order?
Just simply inform us of the items you are interested in and we will prepare detail quotation for you. Proforma invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized.
5. How long is the warranty period?
One year warranty. If there is any problem with the goods during the warranty period, please provide relevant evidence. We will send you relevant spare parts.
6. What is the packing of the goods?
Normally packing is carton/wooden frame or wood case. If there are other requirements, please advise.
7. How is the transportation?
According to the size of the products, quantity, and the customer's requirements, transporting products by express, by air or by sea.
8. What's your delivery time ?
Normally the delivery time is within 20 days. It also depends on your project and our schedule, such as the size, quantity, etc.
9. Can the size and color be customized?
Yes! We have our own factory and design teams, lots of exhibition booth sizes can be customized. Any sizes you wanted, pls tell us and our professional workers will give you suggestions. Size, color, material all can be customized according to your requirements.
10. Payment term
Generally, 30% deposit after received proforma invoice, the balance by TT after buyer's inspection but before delivery.
